Arizer Air vaporiser review

It's all true, the Arizer Air does all that and looks very sleek too!
But regarding Arizer's statement " Offering an hour of continuous use per charge, plus the ability to use the unit while charging the battery, and the option to have spare batteries fully charged, the Arizer Air is ideal for day to day use at home and on the go!"
They claim an hour of continuous use per charge, but this really depends on which heat setting is used. From our testing, you may get 20 minutes at best on the highest temperature setting, Level 5 (Red) - 210°C / 410°F.
After that, you'd need to recharge which takes some time.
On the positive side, you can use it whilst charging and you can also buy a spare battery or two.

Unlike many vaporiser designs, the Air is based on a convection method of heating the cannabis, not conduction like many others.
It's designed so the cannabis never touches the heating element, but relies upon your inhalation of breath to draw the heat through the cannabis and extract the vapor.
Convection heating is the preferred means of vaporising, used by storz-bickel, the makers of the most famous vaporiser, storz-bickel's Volcano model.

One thing I didn't like about the Air model was that the vapor was a bit to warm, I think this is due to the length of the mouthpiece which is only about 50-60mm distance from the heating element (you can purchase a whip attachment I think) which would possibly change this.
I also don't like the way they have designed the method of containing the cannabis whilst vaping, it's packed into the glass mouthpiece and is basically upside down when in use and tends to spill onto the heating element just a tad, where it turns into a conduction model vaporiser. This doesn't happen too much if you are careful.

The Arizer Air measures 122mm in Height and 29mm in Diameter, conveniently fitting inside the palm of your hand, pockets, or purse.  A solid shell protects the Arizer Air from general wear and tear and a vented top keeps the surface temperature of the body cool.  Internally, a solid foundation surrounds the ceramic heating element adding an extra layer of durability.

For convenience, the Air model is great, but buy a spare battery!

It also comes with a nice pouch which make it look very inconspicuous.
