83 years ago the only way to buy alcohol was through prescription and now it's cannabis, I wonder if conditions were similar?
I'm unsure what the difference is to the Special Access Scheme that's been available for some time now, but I'm hoping it will be an improvement, as the "Special Access Scheme" seemed to be a waste of tax payers money. The Special Access Scheme provides an approval process for the import and supply of an unapproved therapeutic good for use by a single patient, on a case by case basis.
Maybe the TGA, Bill Turner or Mike Baird could explain in detail the difference?
